PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of sound from a mounting part for mounting a diagonal member to a main post of a steel tower in a strong wind. SOLUTION: A mounting part structure for mounting the diagonal member with a tubular body to the main post of the steel tower includes a gusset plate with one end fixed to the main post; a first member comprising two facing side parts spaced in a first radial direction of the body and each having two end portions spaced in a second radial direction, and a bottom part provided between the side parts, wherein the bottom portion of each side part and the bottom part are fixed to the top portion and bottom portion of the end of the body, and the top portions of the side parts are connected to the other end of the gusset plate; and second members fixed to the respective end portions of the side parts of the first member and projected outward in the first radial direction from the end portions to prevent the wind from blowing against the end portions when the wind blows toward the end portions from the outside in the first radial direction.
