PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fall preventing function of a mounted hinge module, and improve a repair property by improving assemblability and disassemblability of an electronic device. SOLUTION: The electronic device 2 with the hinge module 8 includes a first casing part (a front surface side case part 10), a second casing part (a back surface side case part 12), and a substrate holding member (a substrate holding part 14). The first casing part includes a holding part (a hinge holding part 20) for holding the hinge module, and a window part 22 formed on the holding part. The second casing part is joined to the first casing part. The substrate holding member is installed between the first casing part and the second casing part, and includes a locking part 16, which passes through the window part of the first casing part, is pressed from the second casing part, and locks the hinge module.
