PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain capable of being easily attached/detached as a windshield and a door window of an automobile, light-shielding a half surface of the windshield and one door window by one curtain and being compactly stored by folding it after removal. SOLUTION: The curtain for the automobile is constituted of a main frame 20 for retaining the windshield side curtain, a side frame 30 for retaining the door window side curtain and a curtain cloth 10. The main frame 20 includes an upper hook 21 hooked on an upper part of a sun visor in the use state and a lower hook 22 hooked on a lower part of the sun visor. The lower hook 22 can be opened in a direction away from the upper hook 21, absorbing a different size of the sun visor.
