PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and securely wash away a bodily fluid etc. from a light path changing means over its whole circumference if the light path changing means is fouled with the bodily fluid etc. SOLUTION: The endoscope attachment 10 is attached to an endoscope with an observation visual field through an observation window 5 disposed in front of an insertion part 2. In the attachment 10, a support rod 12 is connected to an attachment tube 11 fitted to a distal end hard part, and a truncated cone-shaped reflection mirror 13 with an opening 13a formed at the center is disposed as the annular light path changing means in the distal end of the support rod 12. A circular corrugated sheet 17 is layered on the reflection mirror 13 to make a reflection mirror laminated body 15. An injection nozzle 18 is attached to a jet orifice 8 formed in the distal end hard part 2c as a washing liquid injection means for injecting a washing liquid toward the reflection mirror laminated body 15 when it is fouled.
