PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make finer a metal or metalized oxide film after baking and to improve operability. SOLUTION: A droplet of ink 2 discharged from a head 1 is irradiated with laser light 4 while flying or right after landing on a substrate 3 to bond adjacent metal nanoparticles in the droplet of the ink to each other, and thus some metal nanoparticles or metal oxide nanoparticles are made larger, so that the ink printed on the substrate is in a state where metal nanoparticles or metal oxide nanoparticles of fine size originally included therein and the metal nanoparticles or metal oxide nanoparticles which have been made larger are mixed together.
