<p>Disclosed is a three-phase vacuum-circuit breaker composed of three one-phase pressurized tanks (1) disposed in a line, that house a vacuum valve (9) containing an insulating gas. The pressurized tank (1) is substantially square-shaped or substantially elliptically shaped in a plan view. The vacuum valve (9) is disposed in each pressurized tank (1) with a moving conductor (9b) at a bottom side in line with up and down directions of the moving conductor (9b) drive direction, and is disposed toward one of a diagonal direction or a longitudinal direction of the substantially square-shaped or substantially elliptically shaped compressed tank (1) to maintain an adequate insulating distance with a moving-side connection conductor (13b). Additionally, an operating mechanism (10) is disposed below the vacuum valve (9).</p> |
