<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance system that more efficiently maintains a process computer. <P>SOLUTION: A remote maintenance system 1 includes: a client device 10; a maintenance function controller 20; and a remote maintenance apparatus 30 which, while receiving identification information of each device to be maintained, device operation information of each device, and sampling time information from the maintenance function controller 20, refers to a failure history DB 85 by which criteria for deciding whether each device to be maintained is normal are defined, and determines whether an operation state of each device to be maintained is normal on the basis of the received device operation information and the criteria defined by the failure history DB 85. The remote maintenance apparatus 30 includes a failure point display unit 35 which refers to a failure code analysis DB 86 and a device name conversion DB 87 to specify a device name of a device being in an abnormal operation state and, when a failure code is present, translates the failure code into Japanese words denoting contents of failure of the operation state, which corresponds to the failure code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
