PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated stainless steel sheet excelling in slip resistance and coating film adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The surface of a stainless steel sheet is formed with a thermosetting resin coating film with a film thickness of 3-30μm and containing 100 pts.mass of polyester with a number average molecular weight ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 and a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 or more, and 20-60 pts.mass of polyisocyanate compound. The thermosetting resin coating film has a push-in depth of 2μm or more when a load of 49 mN is applied by a cylindrical indenter with a diameter of 1 mm in an environment of 20°C. The thermosetting resin coating film is classified as 0 as a result of an adhesion test performed based on JIS K 5600-5-6 after the thermosetting resin film is submerged in boiling water for 1 hour and then left standing in the atmosphere for 24 hours.
