PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively increase a radius of curvature of a bent part of a lower part housing by adding a plate of an extremely simple shape, even if the lower part housing is formed by press molding of a plate material. SOLUTION: A pair of arms are extended and provided in an advancing direction of a vehicle at both ends of a bar body 16a extending in a vehicle width direction, and distal ends of the arms are pivotally attached to a chassis frame. A distal end of an upper part housing 33 having a base end fixed to an axle turnably receives the bar body 16a via a first bush 31, and the lower part housing 34 mounted in the upper part housing 33 turnably presses the bar body 16a via a second bush 32. The lower part housing 34 includes a lower part housing body 34a curved to be in surface contact with an outer peripheral surface of the second bush 32, and a flange part 34b mounted in the upper part housing 33. The lower part housing body 34a and the flange part 34b are integrally formed by press molding of the plate material.
