PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management apparatus, an information terminal and a method for viewing information contents, which can view digest scenes which reflect mental states of a plurality of viewers. SOLUTION: The information management apparatus 2 includes: a receiving part (an event information management part 501 and a data transmitting/receiving part 506) for receiving and collecting event information (event data DC) including mental event data (event) obtained from each viewer when reproducing an information content (moving image content M) in each information terminal 4 and relative time in a reproducing period which indicates time that the mental event data are obtained from one or more information terminals 4; and a digest information generation part (reproduction part generation part 502) for generating digest information (reproduction part data DF) for selecting one or more reproduction parts from the information content based on the event information received by the receiving part.
