PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a desired color image with simple and perceptual language weighting while considering that human perception is originally different individually and without causing a user to input a complicated color correction parameter. SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a neural network 302 which learns learning data, when a combination of color correction parameters is designated, with a color psychological parameter as input and the combination of color correction parameters as output, the color psychological parameters defining an impression of an output image in a plurality of perceptual languages together with weighting. When a user outputs an image from a document, the user is caused to define an impression of the desired output image in a plurality of perceptual language together with weighting. Next, the color psychological parameter, that is a definition result, is input to the neural network 202. The output combination of color correction parameters is used to form the output image.
