PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure for effectively preventing deflection by the self weight of a roof when using as a greenhouse roof material a synthetic resin-made lightweight hollow panel free from scattering like glass when breaking, and facilitating performing field operation without causing such problems that rainwater accumulates on a roof upper surface, and rainwater drips off into a greenhouse. SOLUTION: This roof structure is such that in a greenhouse 1, one sheet of a synthetic-resin made hollow panel 10 is screw clamped to a main building material 3 with a screw 21 in a panel insertion space A surrounded by a ridgepole 4 (or a skylight window lower frame 6), and a gable beam 7, and two rafter materials 8 and 8 attached so as to take over between them, in a position between the rafter materials 8 and 8, in a condition of being supported in a position of an upper prescribed distance of the main building material 3 by a spacer member 20. The spacer member 20 has a height to support the bottom of the synthetic-resin made hollow panel 10 in a screw clamping position in a position higher than the bottom of an attachment part to the rafter material 8.
