摘要 The invention relates to photovoltaic devices comprising: a semiconductor material that can provide a photovoltaic effect when subjected to electromagnetic radiation; and an anti-reflective layer which is transparent to the electromagnetic radiation providing the photovoltaic effect and which contains, in the dispersed state, objects with dimensions less than 5 micrometres, preferably less than 2 micrometres, said objects comprising at least two areas formed by two different substrates which are transparent to the above-mentioned electromagnetic radiation and which have different refractive indices, namely (i) a core having a first refractive index nc,and (ii) a layer surrounding the core, called the crust, having a second refractive index nE that is different from the refractive index nc of the core, the ratio of the dimensions of the core to the dimensions of the core/crust assembly being between 1:1.5 and 1:5.
