When stitching together a series of fluoroscopic images taken as a strip of images, the disclosed fluoroscopic imaging device can detect not only misalignment at seams due to mechanical error, but also misalignment due to body motion of a subject. A mechanical-error correction unit (34) corrects image distortion in the taken images due to mechanical error at the imaging surface. In mechanical-error-corrected images in which image distortion due to mechanical error at the imaging surface has been removed, a misalignment detection unit (35) detects the amount of misalignment due to body motion of the subject (N). A body-motion acquisition unit (36) uses said amount of misalignment to detect a body motion amount, indicating how much the subject moved during imaging, and a body-motion correction unit (37) uses said body motion amount to correct misalignment of the subject in the mechanical-error-corrected images. |
