<p>Provided is a fluorescence imaging device that can, even at close imaging distances, prevent inappropriate correction in fluorescent images and improve the imaging accuracy of lesion areas. The disclosed fluorescence imaging device is equipped with: a fluorescent image generation unit (30) that generates a fluorescent image of a specimen (A); a white light image generation unit (29) that generates a white light image of the specimen (A); a fluorescent image correction unit (31) that divides the brightness value of each pixel in the fluorescent image by the brightness value of each pixel in the white light image to generate a corrected fluorescent image that has a normalised brightness value for each pixel; an error image distinguishing unit (32) that normalises the imaging conditions of the white light image and distinguishes, on the basis of the gradation values of the normalised white light image, error regions in which the brightness value of the corrected fluorescent image exceeds a pre-set margin of error; and a monitor (43) that indicates error regions.</p> |
