The method involves deforming the drawing equipment by the deforming force resulting from the drawing force and the counteracting force in a drawing tool. The drawing force and the counteracting force are so selected that the tensile strength is higher in the drawing equipment running in and out of the tool than the tensile elastic limit of the drawing equipment. The drawing equipment is deformed before entering into the drawing tool or after leaving the drawing tool.
