<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an inner plug made of a synthetic resin excellent in the gas barrier property. <P>SOLUTION: The inner plug is equipped with a shielding part 10, a fitting part 20, a nozzle part 30, a score part 40, and a pull-ring 60, and the score part 40 comprises a first score part 41 openable by pulling the pull-ring 60 and a second score part 42 thicker than the first score part 41 in the inside part of the pull-ring 60 in a plan view. The manufacturing method comprises: a film setting step for setting the film 70 at a position for forming the surface of a container 200 side on a screening part 10 of a mold provided with a cavity 90 with a shape along the outer shape of the preliminary formed body 1a of the inner plug; an injection molding step for injecting a molten synthetic resin into the cavity 90 from a gate 85a of the mold after closing the mold; a pressing step for forming a cut to make enable to open the second score part 42 by pressing a means for forming a cut 87 at the second score part 42 of the preliminary formed body 1a injection molded in the injection molding step; and a demolding step for demolding the inner plug on which the cut is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
