<p>The present invention relates to clonidine or its derivatives for the treatment of Hand-Foot Syndrome (HFS) or related pathologies. A pharmaceutical composition comprising at least clonidine or its derivatives for preventing or treating HFS or related pathologies is another embodiment of the invention. In a further aspect, the present invention provides topical formulation for the application of clonidine or its derivatives that can be used on cutaneous surfaces for preventing or treating HFS or related pathologies.</p> |
