PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to attempt safe driving by taking breaks with uninterrupted viewing and listening of broadcasting contents. SOLUTION: The guide apparatus 100 is composed by containing a detecting section 101, a generating section 102, an announcing section 103, an inputting section 104, an extracting section 105, an acquiring section 106, and a specifying section 107, while the detecting section 101 detects the finish time of broadcasting contents outputted in migrating vehicles. The generating section 102 generates guide information of breaks after the finish time when the finish time is detected by the detecting section 101.
