Quantitative measurement system for very small amount of fission gas

PURPOSE: A quantitative measurement system for a very small amount of fission gas is provided to control an injected amount according to the property of a fission gas sample to obtain a result having high accuracy and reproducibility and to minimize exposure to radiation of an analyst. CONSTITUTION: A quantitative measurement system(10) for a very small amount of fission gas comprises: a standard gas supply unit(100) including a plurality of standard gas bombes of a high pressure; a gas injection chamber part(200) including a gas injection chamber(210); and a mass spectrometer part(300) which is equipped with a first quadrupore mass analyzer(316) and a second quadrupole mass analyzer(324).
