<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further easily manufacture a small electronic device with a battery. <P>SOLUTION: An external electrode 107 of a thin battery 106 and a connecting terminal 105 are disposed linearly symmetrically to a boundary 101c on a flexible substrate 101 composed of a polyimide film. When the flexible substrate 101 is folded at the boundary 101c, the connecting terminal 105 contacts with the external electrode 107. The connecting terminal 105 and the external electrode 107 are connected by a conductive adhesive film 110 so that electricity can be supplied from the thin battery 106 to an integrated circuit chip 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
