PURPOSE: Black sesame pattern pressed candies containing fermented soybean powder and coconut powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the unique smell of the fermented soybean powder for enabling users to eat raw fermented soybean powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of black sesame pattern pressed candies comprises the following steps: mixing fermented soybean powder and black sesame seeds; adding coconut powder to the mixture, and kneading; and inserting the obtained mixture into a pattern pressed candy molding frame, and compressing. The adding amount of the fermented soybean powder is 10~30wt% for the total amount of the mixture. The mixture additionally includes one component selected from the group consisting of oligosaccharide, sugar, honey, starch, pine pollen, and ostericum grosseserratum. |
