PURPOSE: A service supplying server and controlling method thereof are provided to increase the satisfaction of a job seeker by obtaining benefits based on duty evaluation score of a company. CONSTITUTION: An information receiver(111) receives job seeker information from a job seeker terminal and receives job seeker information from a business terminal. If a job information request is detected from an applicant terminal, an information provider(113) transmits job seeker information to the job seeker terminal. The information provider transmits job seeker information to the business terminal. |
