The invention relates to a damping device (1) for damping impulsive loads, such as can occur in an earthquake, for example. The invention proposes that the damping device (1) is designed having an elastomer sleeve (2) and an adapter sleeve (3), in which the elastomer sleeve (2) is compressed against an anchor base (9) when a component (8) to be attached is clamped. The elastomer sleeve (2) is thereby compressed and expands radially outward and inward, so that it is radially pre-loaded against an anchor (7). |
