<p>A hand grip for the handle 11 of a device comprising one or more layers of sheet material 1 formed on or around the handle and means of fixing the hand grip to or around the handle. Preferably the hand grip is formed from synthetic rubber, natural rubber, sheet polymeric foam, polyurethane, neoprene, butyl, chloroprene or silicone rubbers. Optionally the sheet material is secured directly to the handle of the device by adhesive or a hook and loop fastener. Alternatively the hand grip may be secured by and open ended zip fastener 2,3. Preferably the grip can comprise a heating element 8 and a reflector located between the element and the handle of the device. The hand grip may be used around handles of sporting equipment and accessories, garden tools, wheelchairs, umbrellas, prams and pushchairs.</p> |
