PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated resin unidirectionally stretched film having a polyethylenic resin layer and excellent in tear strength in its MD direction, and a packaging material comprising it. SOLUTION: The laminated resin unidirectionally stretched film is constituted by laminating a resin layer (α), which is composed of 10-85 pts.wt. of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (i) with an MFR of 0.01-10 g/10 min and a density of 880-925 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, 10-85 pts.wt. of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (ii) with an MFR of 1-100 g/10 min and a density of 926-960 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, high density polyethylene (iii) with an MFR of 0.01-20 g/10 min and a density of 940-970 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and high-pressure-produced low density polyethylene (iv) with a density of 910-930 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, and a barrier resin layer (β).
