PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte for a secondary battery, which is a useful polyelectrolyte as a material for electrochemical device such as the secondary battery which exhibits a high ionic conductance and which is superior in safety, and provide the secondary battery which uses this electrolyte and which is superior in the cycle property. SOLUTION: In the electrolyte for the secondary battery consisting of ionic compound and organic polymer compound, this is the electrolyte for the secondary battery and the secondary battery which uses the electrolyte in which the organic polymer compound contains a nitrile group containing compound. |
