<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique providing miniaturization while exercising a favorable dehumidification capacity in an air-conditioner capable of carrying out heating operation and dehumidification operation such as a fan heater with a dehumidification function. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioner capable of carrying out heating operation and dehumidification operation is comprised by arranging a heating part 15 for heating in a heating air passage 10, a moisture absorption part 42 of a desiccant rotor 40 in a dehumidification air passage 20, and a regeneration heating part 31, a regeneration part 41 of the desiccant rotor 30, and a condensing part 32a in order in a regeneration circulation passage 30.
