<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing docetaxel and intermediate product thereof is provided to use in industrial production of docetaxel with high purity. CONSTITUTION: A docetaxel of structural formula 1 is prepared by removing acetyl group of compound 6 of structural formula 6 at 0-50°C. The removal of acetyl group of the compound 6 is performed by sodium hydrogen carbonate and hydrogen peroxide in an organic solvent. The volume-mass of the compound 6 and organic solvent is 5-50ml/g. In structural formul, Boc is t-butoxycarbonyl, Ac is acetyl group, and Ph is phenyl group.</p> |
