At the same time the second bushing has the lower surface made with the possibility of contact with a user's finger to adjust the position of the second bushing in the first bushing. At the same time the inner surface of the first bushing has an interacting structure with an interacting structure on the outer surface of the second bushing. Besides, the first bushing has a bending structure. When gripping the first bushing, the interacting structure of the first bushing is pushed for contact with the appropriate interacting structure of the second bushing.
