FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for milling and defrosting curd blocks contains a vacuum chamber, a body positioned over it, a roll with blades placed in the body. A blade is rigidly fixed in the body. A defrosted curd block, via a band conveyer, enters the zone of interaction of the fixed blade on the body and blades on the roll, the curd block is crumbed and falls in the vacuum chamber. A hollow shaft and hollow two-bladed stirrers communicated with it are located inside the chamber. The stirrers are connected to a steam-vacuum system via a collector. The stirrers perform curd crumbs stirring, loosening and additional heating with steam. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of curd blocks milling and defrosting processes, decrease of dimensions, metal consumption of the installation and energy consumption, reduction of the product losses. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
