FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a liquid composition for maintaining long-lasting local anaesthesia, introduced in a subject and containing bupivacaine in amount 30 wt % to 5 wt % of total weight of the composition, sucrose acetate isobityrate as a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and benzyl alcohol as a solvent for said carrier.
