FIELD: veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes adding iron-containing preparations into fodders. Simultaneously a probiotic preparation is added into fodders for piglets starting from 30 days of age - a hydrolysed milk whey in amount of 2 ml per kg of body weight once per day with preventive purpose for 1 month. With the treatment purpose the hydrolysed milk whey is added to piglets for 2 months in the same amounts. ^ EFFECT: method assists in normalisation of microbiocenosis, activation of fermentative activity of gastrointestinal tract due to increased bifidogenic factor, improved digestibility of fodders and bioavailability of protein-mineral-vitamin complexes added into these fodders. ^ 2 tbl, 2 ex
