FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: switching prosthesis sleeve with a base whereon there is a pivoted at least one finger prosthesis, comprises a driving element, a driven element and a switch unit provided depending on a torque attached to the driven element and switching two transmission steps. The switch unit (50, 60, 70) reciprocates between the transmission steps with various transmission ratio irrespective of a rotational direction of the driven element (2).
