FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes a feeder, a gear charger the gears whereof are designed to be hollow with through slots in the teeth indentations and equipped with cylindrical inserts with longitudinal grooves directed towards the chamber with holes mounted in its frontal part. The hollow gears are designed to be cone-shaped. The charger chamber is designed to be cylindrically formed with a section in the shape of a conic frustrum on the whole surface whereof through holes are arranged. The total holes area on the conic frustrum exceeds the area of the cross section of the cylindrical chamber. ^ EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance quality of filling a moulded strap with a filler. ^ 3 dwg
