<p>The present disclosure provides a method for the detection and quantification of Hepatitis B Virus. It discloses oligonucleotide probes set forth in SEQ ID Nos. 1 and 2 for detection of Hepatitis B Virus along with respective primers [sense and antisense] set forth in SEQ ID Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6. It also provides a PCR reaction mixture for detection of Hepatitis B Virus and a kit for detection of HBV comprising said mixture along with an instruction package.</p> |
