FIELD: woodworking industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: sectional roller dryer comprises a drive with closed chains, a tensioning system, loading and unloading mechanisms, between which there is a drying chamber made of combined hot compartments, a cold compartment. Inside the drying chamber there are paired rollers in several tiers. The hot compartments consist of a lower section with nozzle cases between paired rollers and an upper section with a system of a drying agent supply into nozzle cases. The dryer has transition compartments. In the upper and lower sections of the hot compartment there are deflectors for the drying agent distribution in upper and lower tiers. One upper deflector is arranged in the corner of the upper section of the hot compartment. The second lower deflector is installed in the corner at the bottom at the side wall and in the half-lower section of the hot compartment. The third middle deflector is installed with the help of a frame on the floor of the upper section of the hot compartment and the front frame of the rollers unit of the lower section in the hot compartment. Nozzle cases arranged at the side of the front frame of the rollers unit are installed onto rectangular sections of pipes of bearing partitions, and at the other side of the rollers unit they are arranged on pins of the rear frame of the same unit. Also the group of inventions characterises a specific design of nozzle cases in the sectional roller dryer, its drive, the loading and unloading mechanism, and the belt conveyor of the sectional roller dryer. ^ EFFECT: reduction of area occupied with drying equipment, improved operational properties of equipment, reduced material intensity and simplified service. ^ 6 cl, 33 dwg |
