PURPOSE: A patent evaluation system is provided to synthetically evaluate a relative position in an overall market, a ripple, and a growth potential by considering a technical field of the patent. CONSTITUTION: A technology-market connector(100) produces degree of association between the extracted technology terms of each patented technology content. The technology-market connection part searches patents including the technical terms. A technology group estimator(210) generates a degree of technology growth, degree of technology ripple, degree of market growth, and degree of market ripple. A general evaluator(230) produces the final evaluation result of the evaluated target patent. |
