FIELD: power industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: modulated atmospheric gas burner with automatic power adjuster consists of gas valve 1, monitoring and control unit 2, valve 3, ignition burner 4 with delivery gas sensor 5, flame scanner 6 with thermobimetallic plate 7, draft sensor 8, temperature sensor 9, main burner 10. At that, monitoring and control unit 2 has nozzle 11, and temperature sensor 9 includes nozzle 12, automatic power adjuster 13; at that, gas valve 1 includes diaphragm 14, spring 15, movable rigid centre 16, valve seat 17; at that, all elements of modulated atmospheric gas burner are connected by means of pulse tubes (not indicated in the dwg.); at that, temperature sensor 9 also contains polymer tube 18 rigidly fixed on one end of housing; inside the above polymer tube there installed is regulating rod 19 fixed in thread 20, and in polymer tube 18 there rigidly fixed is rod 21 having thread 20; at that, regulating rod 19 includes sealing element 22, handwheel 23; automatic power adjuster 13 includes polymer tube 24 fixed on the second end of housing of temperature sensor 9, and sleeve 25 containing the nozzle 26 is rigidly fixed on the other end of polymer tube 24; at that, nozzle 26 and sealing element 22 form nozzle 12 during opening, and temperature sensor 9 includes gas supply nozzle 27 and gas discharge nozzle 28. ^ EFFECT: simplifying the design, improving reliability, increasing economy and increasing/decreasing the burner capacity at ambient air change. ^ 2 dwg |
