The invention relates to refractory industry and can be used for production of a refractory concrete, designed for the production of monolithic linings of melting facilities. A refractory concrete mixture comprises, wt %: fireclay filler – 39.5-49.7; corundum with AlOcontent more than 93 weight % 23.0-27.0; mixture of finely dispersed corundum and nonmetallurgical alumina, taken in ratio from 1:2.3 to 1:2.7, with content of particles of size less than 10 micrometers in quantity of more than 85 % 23.0-27.0; mixture of dispersing and stabilizing agents based on polycarboxylate esters, taken in ratio of 1:1 0.3-0.5. The invention provides forming solutions stable to segregation in case of water overflow, which is necessary for wetting concrete, improvement of mould filling, and also more regular porosity of hardened concrete. |
