A blast hole at a block of a pit includes explosive substance in which a garland of initiators on a detonating fuse is placed. Over the explosive charge in the hole filler with locking charge in it is placed. Initiators in the garland and the locking charge are placed in polymer shell and are fixed with external clips and go round the detonating fuse.
