Novelty: Peripherally-insulated building elements of large dimensions and low weight. Constitution: Two concrete panels (1) characterised in that they exhibit hyper high durability and mechanical features and in that they are composed of two thinner concrete panels (7) having a special heat-insulating material (8) in-between; optional reinforced concrete (5) and insulation material (6) in the interior ofsaid building elements which building elements can alternately be void for applications to multiple and different operations; the final surface of both sides of said building elements is specially treated to constitute a base for their final dyeing.
