A device for generation of hydro-dynamical pulses includes body in cylindrical form in which a chamber with tangent openings for liquid flow is placed. The chamber has form of parallelepiped, in it a blade rotor with segment chambers is placed, this rotates on an axle. Number of inlet tangent and outlet openings corresponds to the number of the blades. Inter-blade space has a segment form.
