PURPOSE: A cooking apparatus is provided to equalize cooking conditions while suppressing heating energy and water and to eject bubbles onto food without boiling water inside a tub. CONSTITUTION: A tub(5) stores water and frozen noodles(R). A burner(6) and a heater pipe(7) are installed inside the tub to heat water inside the tub. A controller controls the burner to maintain the hot water inside the tub at a temperature just before boiling. An air injector injects heated air toward the insertion position of the frozen noodle inside the tub. Thereby, cooking conditions are equalized and bubbles are injected to food. |
