A method for automatic control of a vacuum boiler for making meat-and-bone meal such that continuous keeping of the prescribed pressure value in a «jacket» and a body of boiler is provided and introducing a correction link, which provides the pressure invariance in the boiler body as regards to changing the pressure in the «jacket» of the boiler.
