The present invention provides a salt form, and compositions thereof, useful as a modulator of one or more GPCRs and which exhibits desirable characteristics for the same. The present invention also provides methods for preparing said salt form, which is derived from 8-{4-[3-(5-fluoro-1H-indol-3-yl)-propyl]-piperazin-1-yl}-2-methyl-4H-benzo[l,4]oxazin-3-one and glucuronic acid.
