A method for preventing failure and syndrome of hyperstimulation of ovaries in assisted reproductive technology comprises the course of intramuscular injections of follicle-stimulating hormone starting from Day 2 of menstrual cycle. Upon detection of the follicle, the course of subcutaneous injections of gonadotropin-releasing-hormone antagonist is performed. The ovulatory dose of horionic gonadotropin is injected. Simultaneously, Quinagolid, the selective agonist of &bgr;2-dopamine receptor is administered per os. The transvaginal puncture of follicles for taking the ova is performed. Following the injection of horionic gonadotropin, the progesterone levels are assessed in dynamics. In the course of the transvaginal puncture of follicles, one intravenous injection of 0.2 mg of Terlipressin is performed. |
