A device for direct current welding comprises a welding transformer, a capacitive storage device, a bridge rectifier, a voltage doubler of idle stroke, a current sensor and a welding gap. The primary winding of welding transformer is connected to AC power, its secondary winding through a capacitive storage device is connected to the AC inputs of voltage bridge rectifier, DC outputs of the bridge rectifier, in parallel to which the voltage doubler of idle stroke is connected, are connected to the inputs of welding gap through the current sensor. The device comprises a second welding transformer which primary winding is connected to the AC power through a power switch, and its secondary winding is connected to the AC inputs of second bridge rectifier which DC outputs are connected in parallel to the DC outputs of the first bridge rectifier, and the control input of power switch is connected to the date output of current sensor. |
