METHOD FOR TEST DETERMINATION OF SUM OF PHENOL COMPOUNDS IN VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS

摘要

Method for test-determination of sum of phenol compounds in vegetable raw materials includes sampling, dissolution of sample in organic solvent with separation of phenol compounds, interaction of phenol compounds with chemical reagents and registration of analytical signal. /phenol compounds are separated with sorption on sorbent Sephadex G-75 with interaction with ions of terbium (III) modified on the surface of the sorbent in presence of trioctylphosphinoxide and acetate buffer solution at pH= 4.2-4.4 with measurement of analytical signal of sensitized luminescence of ions of Tb(III).
