As basis it includes compound oxide of rare earth element and metal from sub-group of aluminum, and as admixtures it includes bivalent manganese in amount of 0.001-1 at. % with respect to rare-earth element and compensation admixture with stable valence not lower than 4+, in amount of 0.001-1 at. % with respect to metal of sub-group of aluminum, at following component ratio, mol. %:The invention increases sensitivity and increases interval of registration of radiation dose absorbed.
